At Growing Hope Recovery, we believe in treating the whole person, not just addiction. Our dedicated team of professionals works collaboratively with each client to create a personalized treatment plan that fosters growth, resilience, and hope for a brighter future.
Individuals who have experienced serious problems due to mind-altering drugs and destructive behaviors come to Growing Hope Recovery to learn how to make positive changes in the way we think and make decisions. You are in charge of your treatment; there is nothing anyone can do for you or to you that will magically make your life better. Only you can do that. While here, you can practice thinking differently, acting differently, and feeling differently from what you are used to.
Growing Hope Recovery's Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) ,Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Outpatient Program (OP) services are designed to support individuals on their journey to recovery from addiction. Our mission is to provide a structured, flexible, and holistic approach to treatment, catering to the unique needs of each client. The key components of our program services include:
1. Individual Therapy: One-on-one counseling sessions with licensed therapists to address personal challenges, develop coping strategies, and set recovery goals.
2. Group Therapy: Facilitated group sessions that encourage peer support, shared experiences, and collective healing. Topics may include relapse prevention, stress management, and communication skills.
3. Family Counseling: Sessions aimed at improving family dynamics, educating family members about addiction, and fostering a supportive home environment.
4. Holistic Therapies: Incorporation of alternative therapies such as yoga, meditation, art therapy, and mindfulness practices to promote overall well-being and emotional health.
5. Educational Workshops: Classes and workshops that provide valuable information on addiction, recovery, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
6. Life Skills Training: Assistance with developing essential life skills such as time management, job readiness, and financial planning to support a successful transition to independent living.
7. Aftercare Planning: Development of a comprehensive aftercare plan that includes ongoing support, resources, and follow-up care to ensure sustained recovery.
At Growing Hope Recovery, our PHP serves as a powerful bridge between inpatient treatment and outpatient care, supporting long-term recovery and personal growth in a safe, respectful environment.
Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Growing Hope Recovery offers a structured, intensive level of care for individuals needing more support than traditional outpatient services but who do not require 24-hour inpatient treatment. PHP is designed for clients who are medically stable but still benefit from a highly supportive clinical environment. This program provides comprehensive therapeutic services throughout the day while allowing individuals to return home or to a sober living residence in the evenings.
Our PHP includes:
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Growing Hope Recovery provides flexible, focused treatment for individuals who are ready to continue their recovery journey while maintaining work, school, or family responsibilities.
IOP is ideal for those transitioning from a higher level of care—such as inpatient or PHP—or for those who need more structure and support than standard outpatient counseling. Clients attend programming several days a week while living at home or in a sober living environment.
Growing Hope Recovery’s IOP is designed to help clients strengthen their recovery foundation, build healthy routines, and develop the tools needed to thrive in long-term sobriety.
Our IOP includes:
Our Outpatient Services at Growing Hope Recovery provide continued support for individuals who have completed higher levels of care or who need less intensive treatment while maintaining their daily responsibilities.
Outpatient care is a step-down level of support that allows clients to stay connected to their recovery while transitioning into greater independence. It is also suitable for individuals with mild substance use concerns who benefit from structured guidance without a high time commitment.
Outpatient Services are designed to help clients stay engaged in their recovery process, build on the progress they’ve made, and access professional support as they navigate life in long-term sobriety.
Our OP services includes:
Recovery doesn’t end when formal treatment does—and at Growing Hope Recovery, we’re committed to walking with our clients long after they complete our programs.
Our Aftercare Services are designed to provide ongoing support, accountability, and connection during the critical transition into independent living. Whether a client is stepping down from our IOP or outpatient services, we help ensure they have the tools and community needed to sustain long-term sobriety.
Aftercare is about building a life in recovery, not just avoiding relapse. At Growing Hope, we help our clients stay connected—to themselves, their purpose, and a community that supports their continued growth.
Aftercare may include:
